Associate Fellow of the Academy

Associate Fellow of the Academy is a signature recognition of the Academy. This achievement results from hard work, commitment to personal development, and dedication to excellence in the profession. This prestigious status is attained by those who demonstrate a commitment to mastering their profession through sustained educational pursuits and have a proven track record of service to both their community and the O&P profession.

Application Process

1. Please complete the application below.
2. Obtain your ABC Continuing Education Activities Report or BOC Report and attach it below or e-mail it to the Academy at fellow@oandp.org.
3. Pay the $300 Fellow application fee online, or mail a check to 8116 Arlington Blvd, PMB214, Falls Church, VA 22042. Call (202) 380-3663 for further information.

If you are not accepted into the Fellow program, $250 of your application fee will be refunded. The administrative fee of $50 is nonrefundable.}
