CE Opportunity
Reach a targeted global community focused on quality, evidence-based care within a designated scientific society.
Join a two-day virtual Unconference hosted by one of the Academy's Scientific Societies. These dynamic events feature emergent agendas shaped by participants, fostering discussions and knowledge-sharing on targeted topics with like-minded innovators. It's a unique opportunity to connect and contribute to advancing the O&P profession.
Here’s how our virtual Unconference works:
-
Topic Submission: When an attendee registers, they will be asked to submit a topic they would be willing to present (a sponsor can submit a topic to present on, but, they must be registered). This could be something they are passionate about, an area of expertise, or a topic they would like to explore with others.
-
Voting Process: After all topics are submitted, the entire cohort (all registered attendees) will vote on the topics that interest them the most. This collaborative voting helps shape the event’s schedule and content.
-
Program Development: Based on the votes, the Academy will finalize the event program, ensuring that the most popular and relevant topics are covered.
-
Presentation Preparation: Once the topics are selected, the Academy will work with the presenters to help them prepare their presentations. These will include interactive breakout rooms and group discussions to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
Upcoming Unconference:
Date: June 3 and 5, 2025

- Is it an anatomical issue or an alignment/device issue (orthotic/prosthetic edition)?

- Quantifying outcomes (mobility outcome measures, integrating technology and AI for gait analysis).
- Other (a topic recommendation from registrant).
