Fellow Application

The designation Fellow of the Academy, Associate Fellow of the Academy, and Fellow with Distinction are a signature recognition of the Academy. The achievement comes as a result of hard work, commitment to personal development and a dedication to excellence in the profession. This prestigious status is attained by those with a demonstrated commitment to mastering their profession through sustained educational pursuits and a proven track record of service to both their community and the O&P profession.

Application Process

1. Please complete the application below.
2. Obtain your ABC Continuing Education Activities Report or BOC Report and send to the Academy via mail to fellow@oandp.org.
3. Pay the $300 Fellow application fee online, or mail a check to 8116 Arlington Blvd, PMB214, Falls Church, VA 22042. Call (202) 380-3663 for further information.

If you are not accepted into the Fellow program, $250 of your application fee will be refunded. The administrative fee of $50 is nonrefundable.
